| 摘 要： | 概述美国"欧洲导弹防御系统"计划和"弹道导弹防御评审报告"(BMDRR),简要介绍了美国学术界一些人士的不同看法.然后着重综述了美国学术界人士与国防部关于海基弹道导弹防御系统/SM-3拦截弹飞行拦截成功率之争,并指出这种争论的技术焦点就在于SM-3拦截弹击中火箭箭体是否足够,或者说是否必须碰撞弹头才能摧毁导弹.

| Abstract: | The Missile defense in Europe and the Ballistic missile defense review report are briefly described.Some opponent points are introduced.Then the controversy of the successful interception probability of the SM-3 missile is summarized,and its technical focus is indicated. |
