摘    要:用有限元法对花瓣铺层C/C喷管扩张段外缠绝热层工艺固化过程的应力-应变进行了分析;并分析了C/C材料的层间缺陷对热应力的影响。通过分析可知,由于花瓣铺层C/C材料与绝热层材料线膨胀系数不一致,导致它们在固化过程后产生热应力;而C/C扩张段中少数缺陷的存在,使得缺陷附近的层间剪切应力大幅增加,从而可能导致其结构的完整性被破坏。文中的分析可为花瓣铺层C/C扩张段的设计和工艺提供参数。

Analysis stress-strain of the rosette-laminated C/C divergent section overwrapped with insulation during curing
Abstract:The stress strain field of the rosette laminated divergent section overwrapped with insulation during curing and the effects of the interlaminar defects of carbon carbon material on the thermal stress are analyzed based on the finite element method.Analyzed results show that the difference of the linear expansion coefficients between the carbon carbon divergent section and it's insulation can cause the thermal stress after curing. The defects in the carbon carbon divergent section can result in a great growth of the interlaminar shear stress near the defects and even lead to the damage of the construction integrity. The results are referable to the design and technology of C/C divergent section.
