| 摘 要： | 在我院使用的活塞发动机飞机中,点火系统故障率居高不下,其中又以电嘴积铅带来的发动机抖动故障居多。本文通过对比分析,以及实际监控使用的具体情况,证明了REM37BY电嘴能使这一故障大大减少,并且能节约成本,缩短工时,具有较大的推广价值。

| Abstract: | It has been reported that engine roughness has often occurred at idle, taxi or cruise in the fleet of aircraft with a piston engine in Civil Aviation Flight University of China. In a way, the most common information submitted by maintenance personnel shows that spar plug fouling and de-positing is the main cause of engine roughness. Here, In order to get a good engine operation, the writer collects the information of engine roughness and makes an analysis, and concludes that a REM37BY spark plug is the best one for the piston engine preventing from rough operation. It is use-ful to popularize REM37BY spark plug for the aircraft fleet with IO-360-L2A engines. |
