任意最大应力梯度路径轮盘模拟件设计方法

摘    要:建立基于应力寿命轮盘二维模拟试件设计准则,提出了具有任意最大应力梯度路径的轮盘模拟试件优化设计方法,包括自动搜索第一主应力最大梯度路径和应力分布,以及模拟试件的二步优化设计策略,提出了模拟试件弹性和弹塑性设计等价原则.通过某轮盘模拟试件设计例说明了方法的应用.

Abstract:A design criteria of disk two-dimensional(2-D) imitation specimen based on stress-life was established.The imitation specimen's optimum design methods about random maximum stress gradient were proposed,including: searching automatically the maximum first principle stress gradient route,stress distribution and two-stage optimization method of the imitation specimen.An equivalence principle of elastic and plastic design for the imitation specimen was proposed based on the analysis of examples.
