| 摘 要： | 计算过程能力指数时通常采用子样级差或样本标准差来估计总体标准差.实际生产中的一些过程由于刀具磨损等系统原因导致周期性变化,不总处于统计过程控制.通过建立此类长期稳定过程的数学模型,比较了不同标准差估计方法所计算的过程能力指数,分析了产生的原因,并进行了仿真研究.

| Abstract: | The standard deviation in Process Capability Index is estimated by using the subgroup ranges or the sample standard deviation. Lots of processes in practice are usually not in statistical control because of some assignable reason leading to periodically change, but they are stable for long period. The models and process stability in the cases are discussed in the paper and the processes are defined as being stable. The results of PCI from two methods to calculate the estimate of standard deviation are compared and the reason of differences is analyzed. The simulation studies support the aforementioned analysis. |
