| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了国外对地观测卫星研制开发的历史、现状及其发展趋势，分析和研究了对地观测卫星的姿态控制系统，以及这类卫星所采用的技术手段和所达到的控制精度。同时展望了未来对地观测卫星姿态控制系统的技术要求并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper first briefly introduces the history, current development state and trend of the foreign earth observation satellites, and then analyses and studies the attitude control systems of the foreign earth observation satellites as well as the technical measures taken and the control accuracy reached in these satellites. At the same time, it looks forward to the technical requirements of the attitude control systems in the future earth observation satellites and puts forward the relevant measures. |
