飞机风挡雨刷系统地面试验方法研究

摘    要:提出了一种进行飞机风挡雨刷系统地面试验的试验方法。提出等效降雨强度的概念,并按照雨量相等的原则,把飞机在飞行过程中主风挡玻璃遭遇的降雨强度转换成风挡雨刷系统地面试验所需的等效降雨强度,为风挡雨刷系统的地面试验提供一个较为真实的降雨环境,解决了进行风挡雨刷系统地面试验的关键问题。通过工程实践,证明本方法是可行且有效的。

Abstract:A ground test method for the Windshield Wiper System is given in this paper. Equivalent Intensity of the Rainfall is raised in this paper, and the intensity of the rainfall that the two front windshields encounter when the aircraft is flying in the rain is transferred to the equivalent intensity of the simulated rainfall in the Ground Test based on the truth that the quantity of the two rainfalls is same.
