应用混合工质制冷技术的环模设备

摘    要:在-80℃的热真空环境模拟试验采用混合工质制冷的环模设备能克服液氮制冷的不足。文章提出了环模设备混合工质制冷系统的方案,介绍了混合工质制冷技术的流程、性能,提供了采用混合工质制冷的部组件的环模设备的调试结果。结果表明该设备各系统运行稳定、可靠,满足热真空试验要求。

Abstract:To improve the conventional refrigeration technology using liquid nitrogen, for a low temperature in thermal vacuum environment simulating test at -80 ℃, the mixed working fluids refrigeration technology is adopted in an environment simulator where thermal shrouds temperature can reach -130 ℃. In this paper, mixed working fluids refrigerator in an environment simulator is designed, and its working flow and performance are described. The results show that the facility can work reliably, and its performance can meet the requirement of thermal vacuum test.
