| 摘 要： | 以成都市统筹城乡综合试验区为调查区域,采用问卷调查表和座谈会相结合的调研方法,对女性自主创业群体的基本特征、经营状况、社会环境以及存在问题进行全面分析,提出成都市女性自主创业群体健康发展需完善创业服务、完善创业资金扶持、健全企业培训体系的政策措施.

| Abstract: | Through a survey of questionaire and group-meeting in Chengdu Comprehensive Reform Pilot Area,this paper studies the basic information of women's self-employment,their business condition they run,the social supporting system they received as well as the difficulties they faced.Basing on these issues faced by women of self-employed,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the social supporting system and promote the development of women's self-employment. |
