| 摘 要： | 通过分析当前高职高专院校图书馆发展现状以及图书馆现有人员队伍的状况，提出了加快图书馆队伍建设推动读者服务工作必须树立馆员的职业道德，建立竞争及激励机制，引进高素质人才，加强对现有工作人员的培训等途径。
