摘    要:折叠空气舵折叠机构以及舵轴处连接的设计对于折叠空气舵动力学特性有很大影响,基于折叠空气舵模态试验测得模态参数,对折叠空气舵进行动力学有限元建模以及校准,以此为基础,调整折叠机构以及舵轴与舵机的连接等多处连接刚度对应有限元模型参数,研究舵系统模态频率随各连接面刚度对应有限元模型参数调整的变化趋势,并得出具有参考意义的结论,用以指导折叠机构以及舵轴处连接等的结构优化设计。

Abstract:The design of the rudder folding mechanism and rudder shaft has a great influence on the aerodynamic characteristics of the rudder. The dynamic finite element modeling and calibration of the rudder is based on the modal parameters which can are obtained from rudder modal test. On this basis, adjust the corresponding finite element model parameters which stand for the connection and multiple connection stiffness between the folding mechanism and the rudder shaft. Through the research of the changing tendency of the rudder system modal frequency with the connection stiffness parameters of the finite element model of adjustment, meaningful conclusions can be obtained, which can be used as a guidance of the folding mechanism design and structure optimization design of the connection between rudder shaft and the body.
