| 摘 要： | 随着会展业的迅速发展,会展业人才匮乏的问题日益显现出来.如何建立一支高素质的会展人才队伍是会展业健康发展的关键.文章通过对会展业的特点及人才现状的分析,提出了建立会展业人才体系的建议,对会展业的发展具有一定的现实意义.
