摘    要:建立了直升机主减速器中含面齿轮的传动系统动力学模型,分析了直升机前飞和悬停飞行状态下旋翼对传动系统的激励形式,求解了两种飞行状态下面齿轮与小齿轮间动载系数随时间变化的历程,研究了小齿轮在浮动安装和固定安装两种条件下面齿轮与小齿轮间动载系数幅值随无量纲旋翼激振频率变化的情况.该工作对将来国内开展含有面齿轮的直升机主减速器的研制工作具有理论和实用意义.

Abstract:The dynamic model of drive system with a face-gear drive in helicopter transmission was presented. The excitation analysis of rotor to drive system in the cruise and the hover condition was carried on. The computation of the dynamic load coefficient response between face-gears and a pinion in two flight condition was made. In the fixed installation and the floating installation, amplitude variation study of dynamic load coefficient between face-gears and a pinion with change of the non-dimensional rotor excitation frequency was developed. It is theoretically and practically significant to the development of helicopter transmission with a face-gear drive in our country.
