层流飞行试验迎角精确控制技术研究

摘    要:针对层流机翼飞行试验需求,开展飞行条件下的层流翼套迎角精确控制试飞技术研究。首先,通过影响迎角的飞行参数变量分析,实施滚转角控制和飞行重量控制措施,以试飞方法、评判准则和机载监控设备构建了一套层流飞行试验迎角精确控制试飞应用技术;然后,在飞行高度6 km和7 km,飞行马赫数0.45~0.65,翼套测试迎角2.0°~4.2°等多个飞行状态下开展飞行试验,对层流翼套迎角精确控制进行技术验证。试验结果表明,该技术实用可靠,可为后续层流机翼或翼套气动力飞行试验提供参考。

Abstract:For the requirement of laminar wing flight test,the main factors of precise AOA(angle-of-attack)control technique were analyzed.Firstly,the aircraft roll angle control and aircraft weight control measures were implemented through the analysis of flight parameter variables,and the technique was constructed based on flight test method,criterion to AOA control and on-board monitoring equipment.The technique was verified in the real flight test environment at the altitudes of 6 km and 7 km,the Mach number of flight was from 0.45 to 0.65,the AOA of wing glove was from 2.0°to 4.2°.The results indicate that this technique is practical and reliable,and useful for flight test of laminar wing/glove.
