| 摘 要： | 化学气相沉积 (CVD)技术是近年来国际上发展和应用较广的一项先进技术。CVD法可在硬质合金和工模具钢的基体表面上形成由碳化物、氮化物、氧化物等构成的 ,具有冶金结合的耐磨耐蚀涂层 ,显著提高工模具的使用寿命。
