低速开缝壁风洞洞壁干扰若干性能探讨

摘    要:为适应大攻角、高升力等试验的需要,许多国家正在研究或开始使用低速开缝壁风洞。为论证在我所建造低速开缝壁风洞的可行性,用涡格法对三种机翼模型进行了计算,并用所得结论指导了试验,其结果与实验结果比较符合。经分析得出:低速开缝壁风洞升力洞壁干扰与开闭比之间的关系接近对数变化规律。最佳开闭比随缝的加深而增大,每一座低速开缝壁风洞都有一个工作范围,在此范围内洞壁干扰量及下洗量均比相应的低速闭口和开口风洞小得多,因此证明了低速开缝壁风洞的性能确实优于低速闭口和开口风洞。又由于它制造和使用不太复杂,因而正以第二代低速风洞的姿态出现在人们面前。

Abstract:In order to suit needs for the test of high angle of at-tack and high lift and so on,many countries are researching low speedwind tunnel with slotted test section or begin to use it.In order toprove the posibility that low speed wind tunnel with slotted test sectionis built in our institute,we carried out calculating to three wing modelsusing vortex lattice method.After analysing,we have obtained that therelation between lift wall interference in low speed wind tunnel withslotted test section and open area ratio is nearly logarithmic regularity.We have also obtained that optimum open area ratio increases withslot's deepening,each low spoed wind tunnel with slotted test section hasa working range,and within this range,both value of wall interferenceand value of downwash are much smaller than them in correspondinglow speep wind tunnel with solid wall and open jet test section.Thus,we proved that the performances in low speed wind tunnel with slottedtest section are superior than them in low speed wind tunnel with sol-id wall and open jet test section,indeed.Also,because its manufactureand use are not quite complicated,it is appearing in the face of people as a attitude of second generation low speed wind tunnel.
