摘    要:防火能力是影响航空发动机安全性水平的重要特性之一。旨在为防火安全性设计和评估验证工作提供参考与借鉴,针对航空发动机的高安全性需求,借鉴国外航空发动机研制技术经验以及相关标准和适航规范,分析了航空发动机防火安全性的能力要求。从选材控制可燃物、细节消除火源、防火墙阻止火势蔓延3方面提出了防火设计策略。对防火试验中的分类、火焰条件、试验状态、程序以及判据进行了研究,明确了考核试验内容及方法。研究可为航空发动机承研单位提供指导,为使用部门鉴定或适航审查提供依据,为相关标准的制定和修订提供参考。

Analysis of Safety Design and Verification of Fire Prevention for Aeroengine

Abstract:Fire protection is one of the important characteristics that affect the safety of aeroengine. In order to provide reference for fire safety design and evaluation and verification, for the high safety requirement of aeroengine, the capability requirements of aeroengine fire prevention safety were analyzed based on the technical experiences of foreign aeroengine, the relevant military standards and airworthiness standards. Fire prevention design strategies were proposed through three aspects which were the selection of combustible material, the detail design to eliminate the fire, and the firewall to prevent the fire spreading. The classification, flame condition, test condition, procedure and criterion were investigated, the content and method of the fire test were clarified. The research can provide instruction for the aeroengine research institutes, provide the basis for the airworthiness appraisal and examination of the use department, and provide references for the formulation and revision of related standards
