摘    要:文摘根据CFRP钻削过程中缺陷的产生机理,用声发射传感器采集钻削过程中的声发射信号有效值电压(RMS)。分析了在不同钻削参数下的RMS,对孔的入口处撕裂与出口处撕裂对应的RMS进行识别。结果表明:在钻削过程中,入口处和出口处撕裂会引起RMS的突变,能够有效的进行识别;主轴转速一定时,RMS随着进给量的增大而增大;进给量一定时,RMS随着主轴转速的增大而增大。

Abstract:According to the mechanism of defects in CFRP drilling process, the acoustic emission signal rms value during drilling is collected by acoustic emission sensor. The RMS under different drilling parameters are analyzed, and the RMS corresponding to the tear at the entrance and the exit of the hole are identified. The experimental results show that the tear at the entrance and the exit can cause the mutation of the RMS during the drilling process, and can be effectively identified. When the spindle speed is constant, the RMS increases with the increase of the feed rate. When the amount is constant, RMS increases with the increase of spindle speed.
