摘    要:针对校准实验室直流电压源量程增益校准的问题,提出了采用参考标准源和数字多用表直接校准DUT量程增益的新方法。此方法校准误差只与所选设备技术指标有关,便于在一般校准实验室开展且可以实现自动校准。实验结果表明,新方法与传统的电阻分压式方法相比,二者在校准精度上有较好的一致性,在1V~1000V量程范围,新方法的校准结果扩展不确定度可达到0.3μV/V.

Abstract:Deal with the problem of range gain calibration for DC voltage source in calibration laboratories, in this paper, a novel method was proposed by which the range gain of a device under test (DUT) can be directly calibrated using one reference calibrator and one multimeter.Thus the calibration errors only depended on the technical indexes of selected equipments.The method was easy to be implemented in general laboratories and can be fully automated.Experiential results show that, compared with traditional resistive divider techniques, the novel method can achieve almost the same calibration accuracy.The calibration expanded uncertainty is better than 0.3 μV/V up to 1 000 V.
