航炮后座力的分析与计算

摘    要: 本文以航炮射击试验中常采用的航炮-板簧系统为对象,提出计算后座力的简易方法。基本观点是以航炮射击时的膛压为外载荷,建立航炮-板簧系统的有限元模型,将后座力作为内力响应来看,从而可用SAP5程序作模态分析并计算内力响应。用FFT对响应作谱分析,根据各阶模态在响应中的贡献,对航炮支承结构影响后座力的因素作出分析与评价。所求得的结果与实验结果十分相近。所提出‘的计算方案可用于飞机结构与航炮系统的后座力分析与计算。

Abstract:The paper presents a simple method for calculating fighter gun recoil force based on a finite element model of gun and cantile'ver spring support. The recoil force is defined as the internal force, which is a dynamic response due to firing impulse input, in structural members of the model. Modal analysis and dynamic recoil force response are carried out by using SAP5 programme,and the frequency spectrum of impulse and recoil force response are established by FFT method so as to examine the contributions of the modal components dominating the response. The recoil force cruves worked out in theory are very close to those in the experiments, and the metbod used in this paper can directly be applied to complex aircraft structure and gun. system recoil force analysis. . '
