基于网格搜索法的圆柱度误差评定

摘    要:采用网格搜索法,建立了圆柱度误差评定的数学模型。对算法的循环终止条件进行了优化设计,以前后两次搜索的最小极差之间的差值作为终止条件,保证算法收敛的可靠性。与传统的网格搜索算法相比,更加合理,圆柱度误差的评定准确度更易通过参数进行控制。

Abstract:A mathematical model of the cylindricity error evaluation based on a mesh searching method is proposed. The convergence of the algorithm could be more reliable by optimizing the ending condition, which is the difference of the minimum ranges between two successive searching. Compared with the conditional mesh searching method, the new model is more proper for controlling the evaluation accuracy of the cylindricity errors.
