摘    要:介绍了气液同轴直流式喷嘴的冷流喷雾特性实验研究和热点火燃烧试验工作.冷态实验以空气和水作为模拟工质在亚临界条件下模拟燃气和液氧,研究了气液喷嘴的雾化特性、流量特性和气液两相的相互影响.用液氧和高温燃气对多个喷注单元组成的喷注器在超临界压力下进行了燃烧试验.通过冷态和热态试验,确定了4种喷嘴的性能优劣.

Abstract:Cold flow spray tests utilizing water and air to imitate gas and liquid oxygen in subcritical conditions and firing tests using liquid oxygen and gas in supercritical pressure for coaxial injectors have been done.Cold spray characteristics are investigated,such as flow rate,atomization and mixing,influences of gas and liquid on these characteristics,and combustion performance of coaxial injectors at supercritical pressures are completed.The strong and weak points of four coaxial injectors are obtained from these cold and firing tests.
