低温推进剂单管输送系统的循环预冷实验研究

摘    要:采用了外加循环支管方式抑制火箭发动机中低温推进剂输送管路中产生的间歇泉现象,对外加支管的低温推进剂单管输送循环预冷系统进行了数值模拟及实验研究。研究了在外加循环支管的管路结构下,增压对循环预冷过程的影响。实验结果表明:单管输送系统中采用外加循环支管的方式可以使整个管路形成循环,这种方法可以有效抑制低温推进剂输送管路中间歇泉现象的产生。

Abstract:The main purpose is to use an external recirculation pipe to inhibit geysering in cryogenic propellant transfer system. Separated-flow model is used in numerical simulation. A modeling experiment which simulates the circulation precooling of cryogenic propellants in single-feed system is performed with liquid nitrogen as a working fluid. From the results,it is clear that the natural circulation occurs in the recirculation system utilizing external lines and geysering is inhibited. The method of experiment can provide possible way to reduce or eliminate geysering effect in cryogenic propellant transfer system.
