气液交叉射流动力学行为的基础研究

摘    要:为了模拟燃油在高速喷嘴内的快速蒸发混合过程,基于Eulerian—Eulerian方法,用RNGk一8湍流模型建立了高速喷嘴内两相流流动的数学模型,数值模拟了高速喷嘴内气液两相交叉射流的流动规律。改变气液动量比和韦伯数等条件下的两相流场计算结果表明:动量比增大3倍时横向穿透深度略有增大;而较大的韦伯数能起到强化横向射流的破碎效果。计算结果与同条件下的试验结果相符合。结果为研究HiTAC快速速喷嘴内可燃混合气的快速形成奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to simulate the rapid mixing evaporation process in high speed nozzle, RNG k-e turbu- lence model and Eulerian-Eulerian method are used to establish mathematic model to simulate the regulations of gas-liquid crossflow. The results indicate that with the momentum ratio increased three times, the liquid jet penetration increases only a little, while the great Weber number could substantially intensify the broken effect of liquid injection. These calculation results are in good agreement with experiments under the same condition. The conclusion serves for further study on the rapid formation of flammable mixed gas in HiTAC high speed nozzle.
