摘 要: | 搅拌摩擦焊是实现材料固相连接的焊接方法,焊接前进侧与后退侧存在组织及性能上的差异。7N01铝合金为Al-Zn-Mg系铝合金,为轨道车辆常用结构材料,通过对7N01-T4与7N01-T5两种状态材料的研究发现,焊接位置不同将对接头材料的融合状态及接头性能产生影响,将7N01-T5置于前进侧时,有利于焊缝材料的相互融合,并使接头冲击韧性显著提高。

Abstract: | Friction stir welding is the solid welding method,there are differences between advance side and retreating side in microstructure and mechanical properties.7N01 aluminum alloy,which is belong to the Al-Zn-Mg series,is widely used in train structures manufacturing.The result shows that changing on welding position of 7N01-T4 and 7N01-T5 alloy can influence the material melting and mechanical properties,and a better result on material melting and impact toughness can be obtained when 7N01-T5 alloy is put in ... |
