| Abstract: | Quality is one of the most important factors to decide the survival and development of journals. Mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced, and two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to assessing a periodical, which offers a quantitative and scientific approach for the objective assessment of periodical quality. |
