摘    要:本文提出了一种新型加力用喷油杆方案-气冷与气动雾化喷油杆.该方案既可降低喷油杆壁温,又可将冷却排气用于雾化而具有气动雾化的特点.本文用示温漆和红外热像仪对新型喷油杆的冷却效果进行了研究,用PDA对其雾化性能进行了研究,并将其与V型稳定器进行匹配燃烧试验,探讨了其对燃烧性能的影响.试验表明该新型喷油杆的冷却方案初步可行,并且它对雾化和燃烧性能的改善也表明将冷却气用于雾化是可行的.

Abstract:An air cooling/atomizing fuel injector bar is developed for afterburner.It not only can lower the wall temperature of the fuel injector bar,but also has the ability of air atomizing.Its comprehensive performance in cooling,atomizing and combustion was studied experimentally.The temperature indicating paint and thermal infrared imager were used to measure the wall temperature of the fuel injector bar.The cooling experiment shows that a very good cooling effect can be reached with this new design.When less than 2% of the compressor outlet air is used for cooling,the bar's surface temperature can be decreased by 100 K to 200 K in 1300 K high temperature gas flow.Results of the atomizing experiment obtained from the PDA measuring system show that a much better fuel spray quality can be achieved with the new design.The SMD is obviously decreased and the spray uniformity is considerably improved.Due to its matching with the V type flame holder,the combustion experiment demonstrates that flame lean extinguishing limit can be widened two or three times and the combustion efficiency is much higher too.Therefore its comprehensive performance is enhanced,and the new design is effective and feasible.
