基于激光错位散斑干涉技术的复合材料无损检测

摘    要:采用激光错位散斑干涉(Shearography)检测技术对含损伤的复合材料试件进行了无损检测,准确地确定损伤的位置,根据离面位移一阶导数的峰一峰值估算了缺陷大小,与实际相符。并通过试验证明了加栽时间会对检测结果产生重要的影响。应用Shearography技术对直升机复合材料旋翼进行无损检测,证明其有快速、全场、非接触等优点,适合于大型复合材料结构的快速检测。

Abstract:Shearography is applied to the nondestructi ve test of composite materials with impact da-mages. Results show that the damage can be exactly located and the damage size estimated by measuring the peak-to -peak of the line profile of the first derivative of displacement is consistent very well with the experimental result. However, many facts influcnce the resul t. Experiment proves that the loading time has a strong influence on the result. Shearography is applied to the nondestructive test of the helicopter rotor blad es made by composite materials. It shows that shearography has advantages of fa st, full field inspection and non-contact. Thus it is suitable for fast and rel iable inspections of aerospace structure components.
