| 摘 要： | 经济困难学生助学工作是高等学校的一项重要工作,也是体现落实人本理念的重要方面。在实际的工作实践中,对于经济困难学生的认定一直没有一个科学严谨的方法,出现了家庭确实困难的学生没有得到资助,家庭不是真正特别困难的学生却得到了利益,导致国家的助学政策执行的弱化,为此提出了一种科学有效的认定方法,具有一定的现实意义。
