改进气囊供气系统

摘    要:提出了无人机回收缓冲气囊设计的新构思,采用压缩空气充气和从环境获取空气相结合的方法填充气囊.对气囊的结构形式、进排气口的设计、排气口面积的计算、缓冲过程的计算和气囊体积的计算等问题进行了讨论,并制定了相关的试验方案.这种新型自克气囊如果能够实现,则可大幅度降低整个缓冲气囊系统的重量,在无人机回收技术上实现突破.

Abstract:The supply air system of the cushion airbag is improved for the unmanned aerial vehicle. By improving the performance of the electromagnetic valve, the system can work under the conditions of the high pressure. So the dropping valve in the supply air system can be taken away, and its system structure can be simplified, and its system weight can be lowered. Thus, the functional reliability of the system can be improved. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the technical method and the homologous verification methods are established according to the technical index of the system.
