Research of Negligent Conformity Phenomenon of Pilots in Cockpit

This article is applying the psychologist Ash＇s theory of conformity to analyze the human factors and psychological influences behind the deviant behaviors of the pilots. Using China Southern Airlines as a study of negligent conformity and the hazards and threats to flying safety brought about by the pilots negligent conformity. In addition, the study will detail this phenomenon and describe it through using the language of mathematics. Finally, the writer also gives the suggestions which improve flying safety in order to reduce the dangers cause by negligent conformity.
