摘    要:为了克服Q400中机身外部接头和长桁在定位过程中遇到的问题与难点,对其定位方式进行了调整和修改,并用CATIA建模和约束给出了相应的解决方案。外部接头由夹具定位修改为划线定位,简化了外部接头的定位方案,尤其适用于强度一般难以安装大定位器的小型架夹具;首次使用分段定位法和滑动卡钩定位法定位中机身长桁,解决了整体长桁定位器...

Locating Analysis of the Q400 Mid Fuselage External Lug and Stringer

Abstract:In order to overcome the problems and difficulties encountered in mid fuselage external lug and stringer locating of Q400, the locating methods are adjusted and modified and the corresponding solution through CATIA modeling and restrain is given. The locating way of externaL lug is changed from tooling locating to lineation locating, which simplified the locating program of the external lug and is especially applicative to small jig with ordinary strength, which can not install large locator. By using subsection fixed and sliding hook fixed way the mid fuselage stringer is located. In this way, the problem that the product cannot be put down from the jig when using the whole stringer locator and the stringer plane orientation are inconsistent is solved; the design and manufacturing cycle is shortened; the cost is saved and the commercial efficiency is improved.
