推力向量控制方案及计算

摘    要:本文归纳推力向量控制的主要方案,着重介绍摆动喷管、流体二次喷射方案的计算思路和结果.摆动喷管中的流场计算要考虑导弹偏摆对所产生的惯性力的影响;所得壁面压力畸变图说明,它是一个三维流场.在摆动喷管设计中要将铰链力减至最小,流体二次喷射的侧向力通过“等效实体模型”,用爆炸波的解来计算.

Abstract:The authors summary the programs for thrust vector control systems and emphatically introduce the calculating idea and results for movable nozzles and fluid secondary injection. The influence of the inertia force due to missile deflection should be regarded in the flow calculation of movable nozzles. The wall pressure distortion illustrates that there is a three-dimensional flow in nozzles. The hinge force should be minimized in design of movable nozzles. The side force of the fluid secondary injection is calculated with "equivalent existence model" and the solution of the explosion wave. Seeking for the engineering applicable calculation method is the main goal nowadays. As such, some calculating methods have not be perfect yet. The particles of Al2O3 in the gas flow are not regarded in the calculations presented in this paper.
