摘    要:在高精度信号源测量中,由于Symmetricom公司的多通道相位测量设备TSC MMS(Multi-channel Measurement System)仪器自身功能限制,使得测量过程复杂繁琐,不利于操作。本文基于TSC MMS,利用网络实现远程控制与监测,设计用于精密频率源远程监测和性能测试的高精度时间频率测量系统。同时,扩展其功能,实现测量实时化、自动化,图形化。

Abstract:In the high-precision measurement, the limitation of symmetricom's TSC MMS (Multi- channel Measurement System) make the measurement complex and inconvenient. In this paper, a high- precision time-frequency measurement system is constructed based on the device of TSC MMS. It is used to evaluate the ability of remote monitor and characteristic test through internet for precise frequency source. Moreover, a method of extending measurement ability of the TSC MMS is proposed in order to measure automatically, graphically and intelligently.
