| 摘 要： | 本文在对镍基合金进行系统车削实验基础上，研究了多种先进硬质合金刀片的切削性能。并对涂层硬质合金刀片独特的优良性能进行了论述。文中从抗磨料磨损、抗扩散磨损及抗氧化磨损几方面，对涂层刀具的切削机理进行了分析研究。

| Abstract: | In this paper , on the foundation of systematic experiments of cutting the Nickelbased alloys, the author investigated the machinability of several types of advanced carbide inserts. The superior property of coated carbch inserts is showed. The Cutting machanism of coated carbide tools is analysed from viewpoints of resistances to abrasion, diffusion and oxidation. |
