摘 要: | 本文介绍了在某直升机原理性旋翼桨叶的研究中,立足国内设计分析、材料、工艺及试验等技术,开展自行设计研制,从桨叶气动参数配置、结构铺层设计、材料工艺准备、产品试制试验以至试飞验证的主要过程;概括地描述了这副复合材料旋翼桨叶的技术特色;总结和讨论了在设计与工程研制中所遇到的一些典型问题及其处理方法。

Abstract: | An introduction is given about a helicopter rotor blade prototype,which is designed,manufac- tured and tested with civil composite materials.based on domestic technology,the major process of struc- ture design,parameter analysis,material research and preparation,product manufacturing and tests are de- scribed,A discussion is also presented in the paper concerning some typical problems and their solutions during the development. |
