摘 要: | 直升机旋翼系统主桨毂是直升机关键部件,在地面运转及首飞前必须进行疲劳试验,根据试验结果确定初步疲劳寿命。本文以某型号直升机旋翼系统主桨毂疲劳试验为例,总结出多点协调加载试验台的设计方法及试验调试方法,并按照试验台的组成,从控制系统、泵站、伺服动作器、测量系统及试验台体等方面,详细阐述了设计内容及其工程效果。

Abstract: | Main hub is critical component of helicopter rotor system, which should be should be tested to determine fatigue threshold before first flight. Taking a fatigue test of xx - helicopter main hub for example, this paper presents design cosiderations of multi-channel coordinating control fatigue lest,and design considerations of test bench and its effect are also stated in detail, which includes control system, hydraulic system,and data acquisition system and test bench. |
