混杂纤维缠绕壳体结构分析与设计

摘    要:讨论了固体火箭发动机壳体的混杂纤维缠绕问题。给出了混杂纤维缠绕层厚度比的确定方法。以网格理论为基础,得到了混杂纤维缠绕圆筒壁厚和爆破压强的计算方法以及混杂纤维缠绕封头的分析方法。算例表明,给出的设计计算方法可用于混杂纤维缠绕壳体的初步设计。

Abstract:The structural analysis and design of hybrid filament wound case of solid rocket motor is presented. The thickness ratio of hybrid filament ply lamination is obtained according to the strength and modulus of the laminations.The methods of calculating the wall thickness and burst pressure of hybrid filament wound cylimdrical case are developed on the basis of netting analysis. The analysis method of hybrid filament wound closure is obtained also. The numerical example shows that the calculation methods can be used to the preliminary design of hybrid filament wound ed case.
