某型飞机主起落架半轮叉疲劳寿命分析

根据某型飞机立起落架在外场使用情况及所发现的问题，对半轮叉内侧板与衬盘焊缝处进行了疲劳寿命分析。分析所采用的方法是名义应力法，载荷谱采用该型飞机主起落架疲劳实验载荷谱；分析表明，其结果与外场使用情况较为一致；在此基础上提出了外场使用及维修意见。

An Analysis of Fatigue Life for Half-Fork of Main Landing Gear of Aircraft

This paper analyses the fatigue life at the welding seam between lining disk and inner sideboard of the half-fork on the basis of the fact that cracks often occur on the certain place of the main landing gear in the flight applica- tion. In the fatigue life analysis, the engineering(nominal) stress method is used and the load spectra is that of fatigue test of the main landing gear of aicraft. The analytic results are basically in coincidence with the actual conditions in the flight application. Finally, this paper puts forward some ideas on half- fork in its application and maintenance.
