| 摘 要： | 分析了数控火焰切割机加工的工艺特点,开发了基于工业PC机和PMAC运动控制器的数控火焰切割机数控系统,给出了硬件、软件的设计框图。该数控系统已应用于旧数控火焰切割机的改造中。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of working process of NC flame cutting machine are analyzed. The NC system of the machine based on industrial PC and PMAC motion controller is developed and its hardware and software are given. The NC system has been applied in the transformation of old NC flame cutting machines. |
