感应电机定子绕组故障的建模与仿真

在三相感应电机运行的各种故障中,绕组缺相故障的发生率较高.当供电电源一相断开以及定子绕组一相断开时,均将导致三相感应电动机的缺相运行.基于多回路数学模型,对异步电动机定子绕组故障瞬变过程做了数学模型的建立,并运用Matlab/Simulink组件对实验进行仿真.通过加入约束条件以及设定模型参数得出仿真波形图.分析仿真结果,指出定子绕组发生故障后电动机处于的工作状态,可对各种定子绕组的一些常见的故障特征进行进一步的探讨分析.

Modeling and Simulation of the Stator Winding Phase-faults of Induction Motors

In all faults of Three-phase induction motors,stator phase failure has a higher rate.When Power supply transformer and a continuous phase stator windings call for a phase,it may cause the three-phase induction motors running.To get the running characteristics under the failure State,based on the mathematical model of multi-loops,the paper builds the mathematical model for the process of transient induction motor stator windings and use Matlab/Simulink components to simulate the trial.Adding constraints and setting model conditions get the simulation parameters waveforms.Analyzing the simulation results shown that the Motor is in working condition.Finally the faults characteristics of the stator windings are discussed.
