固体火箭发动机用大直径卡环结构及加工工艺方法

摘    要:介绍了固体火箭发动机用大直径卡环的组成结构、卡环与发动机的连接形式、卡环的材料选用及技术要求。依据卡环的结构和工艺特点,对其加工工艺难点进行了分析,指出应采取的措施;并提出应用车削加工卡环的新方法,同时对卡环车削原理即螺纹成型法,和螺纹牙型、螺距、车削刀具、车削时刀具的起始与终始位置、磨削成型等工艺方法做了详细叙述。这一方法既省时省力,又保证卡环的加工精度。
