| Abstract: | The paper introduces the basic principle and the major technique of atmospheric visibility measurement.The present research situation of visibility measurement technology and instrument from both domestic and foreign countries,especially the domestic development,is discussed.The advantage and disadvantage of various visibility measuring methods are summarized.The problems of the research on visibility measurement technology to overcome are analyzed.The trend in development of visibility measurement technology is presented. |
