摘    要:本文提出了一种在不同的泵浦电压下测量重复率电光调Q掺钕钇铝石榴石激光器输出能量的方法 ,实际测量了脉冲激光器静态输出和动态输出能量 ,并利用电光晶体激光调Q技术得到脉宽为亚毫微秒的激光脉冲 ,使得激光器动态输出功率达兆瓦量级

Abstract:The paper presents a method of measuring energy output for repeat rate electricoptical regulate Q-value Nd 3 :YAG Laser at diffrent potential,and determines static of dynamic energy output of pulse Laser.a Laser pulsewidth 10 -8 s can be obtained by using electro-optical crystal regulate Q-value,so that dynamic Laser power output can be arrived at 10 6W order of magnitude.
