摘    要:作者在H3PO4 C6 H1 1 NaO7体系中对TC10、TC3、TC1、TA2阳极氧化均能得到丰富色彩。研究表明 ,钛材的成分、电压、pH值、升压方式、氧化时间等对阳极氧化膜的颜色都有一定的影响 ,电压是影响氧化膜颜色的主要因素。此外 ,稀土元素铈和双氧水的加入能提高膜层的耐蚀性。

Abstract:In the present paper,Ti alloys anodizing parameters are optimized in phosphoric acid and glucose solutions.The colors of Ti alloys oxide film are influenced mainly by cell voltage,in addition to pH value,solution ingredients,operation time and the rate of voltage rising up.Any color would be obtained by the above parameters combination selected properly.The corrosion resistance of Ti alloys oxide film is improved by Ce(SO 4) 2 and H 2O 2 added in solution.
