| 摘 要： | 介绍智能功率模块PM30RSF060的原理与特性，在此基础上，提出一种基于PM30RSF060的驱动和保护电路设计方案。实际应用表明，此方案作为基于直流无刷电机驱动的稳定控制平台的驱动单元，具有良好的控制效果。

| Abstract: | The principle and characteristic of Intelligent Power Module(IPM) has been introduced firstly in this paper. Based on it, a designing scheme of drive & protection circuit has been proposed. As a drive unit of stabilization control flat driven by no-brush direct current electromotor, the practical application shows the designing scheme has better control effect. |
