| 摘 要： | 接触可靠性是保证航天用电连接器正常工作的关键。结合近年来在检验及使用过程中出现的多想航天用电连接器接触失效的实例，在阐明其失效机理基础上，分析了影响电连接器接触可靠性的各种因素，并对分离力等接触可靠性检查方法进行了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | The contact reliability is the key to insure normal work of electric connector for aerospace. This paper gives out several failure examples occurred in the inspection and application, and analyzes a variety of factors affecting electric connector's contact reliability on the basis of explaining its failure mechanism. |
