| Abstract: | The application of the new communication technology to worldwide air surveillance/navigation and air traffic management will improve air traffic control services, reduce operation expenses and enhance flight safety in the world. The completion of the construction of the aeronautical mobile satellite communication trial earth station in the Civil Aviation Institute of China will facilitate the research in the new navigation systems and the trial use of the automatic dependent surveillance system. |
