A Probing Study of the Maintenance Development and the Deepening of Its Management in the Chinese Civil Aviation Industry

This paper having given a brief account of the formation and expansion of air fleets with the development of the civil aviation industry since the founding of the New China as well as of the composition and status quo of the maintenance personel in the industry, maka a probing study of the main content and forms of aircraft maintenance as well as well as of how to exercise the management of it in an attempt to find out how to do it in a scientific way in the light of the theoretical development of maintenance and airworthiness management and, proceeding from the actual conditions in the industry, puts forward some constructive meas- ures for the improvement in this respect.
