摘    要:简述了直角坐标采样时,同轴度误差的最小二乘及最小区域评定法数学模型,并用计算机进行仿真分析.结果表明,所建立的数学模型具有编程简单,计算误差较小等特点.所建立的数学模型为研制形位误差虚拟测最系统提供了理论基础.

Abstract:A mathematical model is developed to evaluate coaxial erroy by way of the least square method and the minimum zone method in the rectangular coordinates.The model is able to calculate the coaxial error with proper accuracy.The computing results indicate that the model developed is simple in programming.The model lays a theoritical foundation for developing a virtual instrument and system to measure form and position error.
